Jim Prussack
MPT, MMT |
Jim is the owner of In Home Physical Therapy Services and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for over 12 years. He attained his Master’s Degree in PT from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then went on to complete an additional Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2001. Jim also teaches balance and fall prevention classes for seniors throughout the North County community. |

Elizabeth Asamen

Beth has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy since 1990 and attained her physical therapy degree from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. Beth went on to further her education with an additional 2 year residency program in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 1995. She brings over 16 years of experience in working with older adults and those with orthopedic injuries |

Manu Feliciano

Born Jose Manulete Feliciano III, Mano to his friends and colleagues has been practicing physical therapy for the past 13 years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1997 from Fatima Medical College. Mano’s broad and diverse experience in his field has helped him how to deal with different conditions. Spending his career mostly in the out-patient setting dealing with post-surgical or chronic orthopedic, neurological conditions, Mano has developed skills and techniques that would benefit his patients. He has extended his practice with the geriatric population in the past 4 years, focusing on improving their quality of life. |

Mary Maine
DPT |
Mary’s experience includes over 19 years as a licensed physical therapist with the recent accomplishment of completing her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She has practiced in a variety of settings and holds a special interest in orthopedics and geriatrics rehabilitation. Her other areas of specialty include vestibular and balance rehabilitation, pain management, aquatic therapy, and spinal/core stabilization. Mary’s number one priority is helping her patients improve their health and achieve their fitness and mobility goals. |

Beverly Rochelle
PT |
Beverly received her physical therapy degree in 1977 from California State University at Long Beach. She brings with her a variety of experiences with career background in acute care, pediatric, orthopedic outpatient and geriatric home health care, currently working in both the outpatient as well as home health care settings. In addition, Bev is an LSVT BIG® certified Physical Therapist and an ACE certified personal trainer. LSVT BIG® is directed at improving the whole body movements of patients with Parkinsons and other neurological conditions. She has a strong interest in helping to keep seniors safe and independent, is dedicated to exercise and healthy life style being a cancer survivor and is dedicated to her family being a mom to four newly launched young adults. |

Lisa Kushnir-Ansonoff
MA, CCC-SLPT |
Lisa received her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from San Jose State University in 1997. Her study interests include swallowing disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and post-stroke care, and she has taken advanced continuing education in these areas. In 2003, Lisa served as the Director of Clinical Management at Rehab Without Walls in San Diego, where she supervised and assisted therapists with their plans of care for neurologically impaired clients. After her first child was born, Lisa returned to direct patient care, specializing in working with the geriatric population in their home setting, in the areas of cognition, articulation, word-finding, voice, and swallowing. Lisa lives in the beautiful city of Carlsbad with her husband and two young children. |

Leslie Sommers, PT |
Leslie has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy since 1986. She attained her degree from Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas. She has practiced out patient orthopedics in the San Diego area for the past 20 years. In the last 3 years Leslie has extended her focus to the geriatric population. She loves working with the senior patients focusing on improving their gait, strength and balance. Leslie lives in beautiful Carlsbad with her husband and three children. |

Leigh M White,
MPT, PYTa |
Leigh has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for 16 years. She attained her undergraduate studies in Bio-Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 1991 and received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from UC San Francisco/San Francisco State University in 1996. Leigh began her practice in acute care-post-surgical, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation in the San Francisco Bay Area transitioning into Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation and home care with her move to San Diego in 2005. Leigh has a true passion for working with Geriatric Populations to increase balance, strength, flexibility, and postural alignment while striving to add light and laughter to all her skilled PT interactions. Leigh is additionally completing her certification as a Yoga Therapist (CYTa), infusing breathing, alignment principles and focus for a mind-body connection into her therapeutic applications. Leigh lives in Carlsbad with her husband, two boys, her dog and most recently her African Spurred tortoise. |

Kirk Werner,

Kirk graduated from Arizona State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. After graduation, he worked for Lockheed and McDonell Douglass Corporations. In 1995, he graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
Kirk brings over 16 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in the areas of Wound Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospital Inpatient, Orthopaedic Outpatient and now Home Health Care. Kirk has taken over 20 continuing education courses in his career and he loves incorporating that knowledge into his one-on-one interactions with his patients.
Kirk Lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Monique (also a Physical Therapist) and two children Megan and Kyle. He enjoys sports, researching stocks, inventing products, and most of all spending time with his family. |

Wendy Retzer,
PT |
Wendy Retzer has been a physical therapist for the past 19 years, working across the lifespan from birth to 99 yrs old in a variety of settings from pediatrics, to outpatient neurological rehabilitation, to home care. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a BS in Life Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy, passed California boards and received her license the same year. She was most recently certified as a LSVT BIG professional for idiopathic Parkinson's disease. She is also a licensed Brain Gym Consultant & Instructor through the Educational Kinesiology Foundation. Wendy's physical therapy work in the past 3 years has focused on the 65 years and older population. She enjoys using creative motivational techniques developed through her previous pediatrics work to help people achieve more optimal health, strength and balance in their daily lives, all the while having fun.
When not working, she can be found enjoying life with her husband and two sons in North County. |
